Here's one of our clients stories on discovering her super powers and how it changed her life!
Aoife welcomed her beautiful baby boy Aedan into the world June 2016! She was over the moon and loving every minute of begin a new mum and getting settled into a routine for the first few months.
A couple of months in when she finally had a few minutes to herself she realised her body just didn’t feel the same. Her shape had changed, she had “mummy tummy” (her words not mine!). She felt really low on energy and was fuelling herself with cake and coffee each day just to keep her going.
She was scrolling through facebook one day and came the ad for the Supermum Project and thought it sounded like just what she needed.
