She tailors an exercise programme to suit Mums who may not have exercised in months (or years!) to minimise risk of injury yet at the same time encourages and motivates you to push yourself to maximise results. The class sizes are small, meaning Catherine can dedicate time to each person and discuss any health/fitness queries or concerns you may have. The babies are happy to observe from the side and she even has a playpen for those babies on the move! If the babies need attention during the class it is not a problem. "
I can't recommend Catherine and 3BFit highly enough. As a new mum with a lot of work to do to regain my fitness, she has been supportive, encouraging and challenging all at once. I'm starting into month three with our SuperMum group and I look forward to the classes every week. It's a great way to fit in exercise, meet other mums and get some time to look after our own health and fitness.
